AB Contracting, Inc. is West Virginia’s premier home builder and your source for residential, commercial, and industrial structures. We have been building homes and businesses throughout West Virginia and Ohio for over 18 years, and our experience and expertise are evident in each job we undertake. Our staff brings their knowledge and skill to each job as we strive to provide each customer with a quality product and exceptional service.

AB Contracting has a multitude of floor plans to accommodate your housing needs. We also have a wide variety of selections with regards to flooring, countertops, cabinets, and other custom choices for your home. The construction of a new home is an exciting event and the staff of AB Contracting is here to help you throughout this process and to make the construction of your new home a pleasant and stress-free experience. In 2006, AB Contracting also branched out in the Modular Home market. Our partnership with All American Homes has allowed us to provide many customers with superb quality modular homes. During this first year of business the Modular Division has completed many homes throughout West Virginia and Ohio.

We currently have several housing developments in Hurricane, Teays Valley, Parkersburg, and Charleston.  Work commenced in the early part of 2007 on our largest project to date, the Ridges.  This premier gated community, located just six miles from South Ridge, offers convenient access to the amenities of Charleston but still provides a rustic, peaceful living environment.  The next residential project AB Contracting plans to undertake is the construction of Castleknock subdivision in Teays Valley.  The scenic setting of Castleknock is conveniently located between Charleston and Huntington with easy access to I-64.  The first phase of the project will have 74 lots that will accommodate a variety of house plans.   Be one of the first to build your castle in this royal subdivision.  Construction is scheduled to commence soon.

Allen Bell established AB Contracting, Inc. in 1989. The Point Pleasant, WV based company has grown tremendously over the last 18 years, with 2006 being our biggest year to date. AB Contracting is continuing to expand with the addition of the Modular Home Division. This new partnership with All American Homes is bringing many customers to AB Contracting who are looking for housing options in the Modular Home market. Also, our newest housing development in Charleston, The Ridges, is going to be our largest residential project to date. The premier, gated community is going to offer only the finest housing selections partnered with our superb quality craftsmanship.
